If you are looking for Geisha coffee in Dubai, the important question is not only whether the bag says “Geisha.” Look for origin transparency, producer information, processing method and evidence that the coffee is genuinely limited.
A rare Bolivian Geisha available in Dubai
Patrimonio is an auction-selected Geisha from Los Yungas, La Paz, produced by Elías Quispe III in Caranavi, Bolivia.
It is grown at approximately 1,300 metres, naturally processed, and the complete auction lot totalled only 34.38 kg.
Flavour profile
Expect jasmine, cherry, peach, grape, mango, dried peach, cinnamon and lemongrass, supported by bright acidity, a silky body and a refreshing finish.
Who is it for?
Patrimonio is for drinkers who want a rare filter coffee rather than a basic everyday espresso. It also works as a premium coffee gift for someone who already understands specialty coffee and wants to experience a less common origin.
Recommended brewing
Use V60, Chemex, Origami or another precision filter method. A controlled pour-over gives the floral and fruit character more room to develop.
Patrimonio is sold in a limited 400 g format as whole bean or ground coffee. View Patrimonio or browse the Dos Hermanos coffee collection.
